U.S. ARMY TYPE B-16 - Compass looks to be unused since
overhaul. Overhaul plug still intact. Yellow tag says
this instrument was for the B-29 contract. Instrument
is in excellent shape needing a quick inspection and more
kerosene to be ready for your bomber. Light in the 12’o’clock
position. Standard 3 1/8 face. ID Tag on top of instrument
with patent tag on the back. Serial No. AF-43-4637.

PIONEER / SPERRY INSTRUMENTS COMPASS - Fish Bowl style
compass. Yet another of my grandfathers rare and beautiful
instruments. This Compass was used in many of the Curtiss
airplanes like the Curtiss Robin. This instrument is completely
rebuild able. 4 ¾” tall, 5” in diameter.
The glass is cracked in one spot. Here is a rare part
of Aviation History. ID Tag on top of instrument. Serial
